Health Insurance
Princeton Data Source offers three health insurance options to full time and part time employees: two Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) options and a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).
Dental Insurance
Princeton Data Source offers a dental plan for full time and part time employees that cover routine exams, x-rays and more with both in-network and out-of-network dentists.
Life Insurance
PDS offers life insurance at the rate of 1x employee's salary with a maximum benefit of $50,000. PDS pays 75% of the benefit.
Vacation Time
Both full time and part time employees earn paid time off based on the number of hours worked.
Sick Leave
Full time employees receive 5 sick days per year with a maximum allotment of 50 days that can be earned.
Personal Days and Floating Holidays
Full time employees earn 2 personal days and 3 floating holidays upon the completion of 90 days of employment. Both personal and floating holidays must be utilized by the anniversary date at which time new days are earned.
Holidays
Full time employees receive paid holidays if the holiday occurs on the employee's regularly scheduled work day.
Long Term Disability
PDS offers full time employees group long-term disability insurance plan at no cost.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
PDS offers a 401(k) plan which is a long-term retirement investment/savings program. It gives the individual the flexibility to choose the amount to save. Contributions to the plan are exempt from federal and state income tax and made through payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis. A 401(k) plan defers current income taxes on interest and investment earnings. PDS also makes matching contributions to the individual accounts based on the amount of the employee contribution.
Profit Sharing
PDS offers profit sharing to all those who are 21 years of age, have been employed one year, and working 1,000 hours of service in the plan year.
PDS provides direct deposit into personal bank accounts for all staff. Net pay is deposited automatically every pay day. Employee with direct deposit will continue to receive earning statements showing gross salary, taxes, other deductions and net pay.
